It is important that all scholars and parents register via Eventbrite.com. (opens in a new window) We need an accurate count in order to ensure enough printed materials and incentives are available. Scholars and parents must each register at different Eventbrite.com (opens in a new window) sites.

Remember, the Scholar Success Program (SSP) activities are required by all scholars. Not completing these activities places a scholar at risk of losing their scholarship. Your attendance is beneficial even if the SSP activities have been completed. The event will provide extremely valuable updates related to the scholars program, an informative parent session, and opportunity for senior parents/scholars to receive assistance to file the 2020-2021 FAFSA (the FAFSA opens October 1st), information about State of Indiana financial aid- including the Workforce Ready Grant, Next Generation Hoosier Educators Scholarship, financial aid for military, etc.

Please remember, the SSP activities are required by all scholars, along with other crucial requirements, and updates to be discussed.

The Scholar Success Day on December 7th will assist all scholars in meeting these and other mandatory requirements.

Thanks,
Dr. Verleaish Jones
