Cultural DiversityNovember 22, 2017 The family of Paul Harding Junior High, Has dedicated a section in the school library with a plaque & categorized location named Cultural Awareness and Cultural Diversity in honor of Mrs. Algerine Hill. The Cultural Awareness and Cultural Diversity section will continue to grow with books throughout the years.

Mrs. Hill dedicated 15 years of service to East Allen County Schools within the Paul Harding Attendance Area. Mrs. Hill was an active advocate for diversity and acceptance. She encouraged students to embrace cultural differences in a positive and educational way. Mrs. Hill was known for her portrayal of Harriet Tubman, organizing the Cultural Diversity Program, and weaving different cultures throughout her classroom instruction. She will be missed, but her legacy will live on through all the lives she touched.
